Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently deliver within Singapore only. International shipping is planned for after launch.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. We pack each order by hand, so please allow this time before your order is dispatched. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery takes around 3 business days. In total, expect your order to arrive within 6 to 8 business days of purchase. Delivery times are estimates, and busy periods such as 11.11, Christmas and Chinese New Year may cause delays.
Shipping fees
- A flat rate of S$8 applies to orders below S$80.
- Shipping is free on orders of S$80 and above.
The shipping fee is calculated at checkout, and free shipping applies automatically once your order total reaches the threshold.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received it within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or email us at hello@thisisjing.com.
Delivery address
Please double-check your address and contact number at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, email us as soon as possible and before your order is dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge a re-delivery fee.
Missed deliveries
If the courier can't reach you, they'll usually leave a collection notice or attempt redelivery. Please follow the courier's instructions to collect or reschedule.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, email us at hello@thisisjing.com with your order number and we'll investigate and make it right. For damaged items, please see our returns and refunds policy.
Packaging
Your jewellery arrives in a reusable microfibre pouch, inside a recycled kraft mailer.
