How is my order packaged?
Every order arrives in a branded box with a protective pouch for each piece.
How do I take care of my jewellery?
Cleaning:
- Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear
- Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion, and harsh chemicals
- If needed, clean gently with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly
Storage:
- Store in the pouch provided, away from other pieces to prevent scratching
- Keep dry before putting it away
- Avoid direct sunlight and humid spaces for long-term storage
What material is your jewellery made of?
All our pieces are made from 304 stainless steel, plated with real gold using PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) — a plating process far more durable than standard gold plating, which is what makes our jewellery waterproof.
How is your jewellery waterproof?
The PVD plating process bonds gold to the steel base at a molecular level, creating a finish that holds up to water, sweat, and daily wear — shower, swim, or forget you're wearing it entirely.
Will the color fade or tarnish?
With normal daily wear, the color holds up well. Prolonged contact with water, saltwater, chlorine, sweat, and cosmetic products will shorten its lifespan, which is why we recommend the care steps below and back every piece with our 1-Year Tarnish-Free Warranty.
Is it hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our jewellery is made from [material], safe for sensitive skin.
📦 Order & Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders above S$80. Below that, a flat rate of S$8 applies. All prices on our site are in SGD.
Where do you ship to?
Right now, we ship locally within Singapore only. We're working on international shipping and will announce it as soon as it's available. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.
What are your delivery timelines?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, then shipped within 3 business days of processing.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@thisisjing.com — we process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes once an order is placed.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Contact us at hello@thisisjing.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update it — once it's shipped, we're unable to make changes.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayNow, and GrabPay.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — all payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
🛡️ Warranty
What does the One-Year Tarnish-Free Warranty cover?
If your piece shows significant colour loss under normal wear within one year of purchase, we'll replace it or offer store credit. Please retain your order number and the affected item, and email us at hi@thisisjing.com with photos of the issue.
What voids the warranty?
- Exposure to harsh chemicals, chlorine, or prolonged salt water
- Contact with perfume, lotion, or cleaning products applied directly to the piece
- Normal wear and tear (light scratching, etc.)
- Items not purchased directly from JING
