Returns and refunds
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at hello@thisisjing.com. If your return is accepted, we'll reply with the return address and instructions on how to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases we'll cover the return shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@thisisjing.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us at hello@thisisjing.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We'll review your request and, once confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where needed.

Tarnish-free warranty
Our pieces come with a one-year tarnish-free warranty. If your jewellery tarnishes or the plating wears off within one year of delivery under normal wear, email us at hello@thisisjing.com with your order number and photos, and we'll repair, replace, or refund it.

The warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, such as contact with harsh chemicals or perfumes, or physical damage like bending, breakage, or lost stones.
