Our Story

Why we started JING

We started JING because we'd always had the same problem: finding jewellery that actually last. Pieces that turned green after two showers, gold plating that wore off within weeks, or spending far more than we wanted just to get something that wouldn't fade. 

We wanted jewellery that was both affordable and chic, without the trade-off.

  • How we found our answer

    We searched everywhere for a way to make that possible. What we landed on was 18k gold PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) plating over 304 stainless steel (a process that bonds gold to the metal far more securely than standard plating). It's what makes our jewellery genuinely tarnish-free, and it's what let us keep our prices affordable without cutting corners on durability.

  • Packing that stays useful 

    We keep our packaging minimal on purpose. Every JING piece arrives in its own microfiber bag, made to be kept and reused for your jewellery, your earbuds, or anything else that needs a safe spot. Less to throw away, more to actually use.
